Take an approximate one hour guided tour through the ages in this historic journey, where the spirits of the past commune with the explorers of the present. Hear tales of murder, mystery and legend. Discover the techniques and the science behind ghost hunting while walking the old cobble stones and modern paved streets of this wonderful neighborhood filled with taverns, shops and restaurants, situated just 2 blocks from the Inner Harbor.
- Adults $15, Children 12 and under $10. Tickets MUST be purchased 48 Hours prior to the tour. Tickets will be sold in person ONLY if others have previously purchased them online and there are still slots available.
- Tours run Saturdays in September starting at 6 PM with a second one at 8:30 PM. Limit of 15 people per tour and tickets are sold online. If slots are still available, they will be sold in person 15 minutes prior to the tour's start time.
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the tour starting outside Scarborough Fair Bed & Breakfast at 801 South Charles Street.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS

With the purchase of your tickets you hereby recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks—however unlikely—of physical injury to participants in The Company's events and activities, and you and your party agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss regardless of severity which you and/or your party may sustain as a result of participating in any and all events and activities connected with or associated with The Company. You agree to waive and relinquish all claims you or your party may have as a result of participation in the purchased activity and/or events, toward The Company, and its officers, agents, servants and employees; toward the property owners of the visited sites, and their officers, agents, servants and employees; and toward Baltimore City and its officers, agents, servants and employees. You do hereby fully release and discharge The Company and its officers, agents, servants and employees; property owners of the visited sites and their officers, agents, servants and employees; and Baltimore City and its officers, agents, servants and employees from any and all claims from injuries, including death, damage or loss which you or your party may accrue and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the events and/or activities of The Company. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend The Company and its officers, agents, servants and employees; property owners of the visited sites and their officers, agents, servants and employees; and toward Baltimore City and its officers, agents, servants and employees from any and all claims from injuries, including death, damages or losses sustained by you and/or your party arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the events and/or activities of The Company. By completing your purchase of tickets to The Company's event and/or activity, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the above Program Details and Waiver and Release of All Claims.
